Jonathan Kanter, the head of the Justice Department’s antitrust division, made his boldest move on Thursday by accusing Apple of antitrust violations.

Linwei Ding, a Chinese national, was arrested in California and accused of uploading hundreds of files to the cloud.

The tech giant has recently spent more than $1 billion to resolve several legal claims as more battles with the Justice Department loom.
